About Harbor Court Bistro

Honolulu’s newest restaurant is the creative concept of Elizabeth Hata Watanabe, owner of the O Lounge, who is looking to provide a unique eclectic restaurant experience for Honolulu diners. “The goal is to appeal to the guests’ senses – all five of them. Of course, inside a restaurant, taste is what is most important, but we are also looking to satisfy the other four senses at Harbor Court Bistro” said Hata Watanabe. “I believe the warm decorative designs of the restaurant, the innovative cuisine, the signature cocktails, and inspiring atmosphere together will make Harbor Court Bistro the premier place to dine in Honolulu.” The ambience of the restaurant is not unlike the cuisine of Chef Corleon, rooted in classical cuisine, yet highlights his unique interpretation and talents. Interior designer Maura Fujihira uses her creative imagination to infuse the venue with a unique sense of place. Decorative elements such as brass finishing, mirrors, exquisite light fixtures, and large windows give the restaurant an old world character, yet stylish and classic look.

As part of the grand opening celebrations, Harbor Court Bistro is pleased to offer a birthday special until the end of 2008. Show us your I.D. and receive a complimentary entrée.
